Why are my scheduled reports are failing to send, even though the schedule is configured correctly?

The user who created the schedule is probably now inactive, so the schedule is unable to run with her credentials.

You'll need to reconfigure the schedule with your credentials (or those of another active user with Write permissions for the report); to do so, in the Reports tab, click the arrow under Actions, click Report Schedule, create the desired schedule, click Save, and click Enable Schedule.
