Why are my scheduled hours different on the Resource Utilization window when I access it from my Timesheet compared to the Team Manager?

This is designed behavior.

The Resource Utilization screen will only show scheduled hours for workspaces that are in the timesheet.

Any workspaces that are 'On Hold', 'Completed' or 'Cancelled' do not appear in the timesheet and therefore the scheduled hours for those workspaces won't either.
