This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, May 3, 2021. The next Changepoint PPM Release is May 21, 2021.

In addition to the fixes below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Changepoint PPM experience.
Notable PPM Fixes
Dynamic Applications cannot have the same name
Dynamic Applications are no longer allowed to have the same name. If a user creates a DA with the same name as an existing DA, an error message will appear.
Pending resource requests disappear when filter allocations
We fixed an issue in Team Manager where the Pending Resource Requests section would appear blank if any filter was applied to the resource allocations. This issue did not delete pending resource requests; users could make them visible again by removing the filter. Now, filter resource allocations in Team Manager does not affect the visibility of pending resource requests.
Error generating workspaces with multiple member fields
We also fixed a bug that prevented workspaces from being generated from requests that had the same value in two different member fields. Users can now successfully create workspaces even when their requests include the same member in different member fields.
