Login Credentials Do Not Work even after password reset

Why can I not log in even after resetting my Daptiv credentials?

Answer

Ensure you are logging into the correct URL:

US Prod: https://login.daptiv.com/ 

US SBX: https://sandbox.daptiv.com/ 

EU PROD: https://login.daptiv.nl/

EU SBX: https://sandbox.daptiv.nl/

If you have verified the correct email/password and are logging into the correct URL, then the most likely scenario is your enterprise has disabled the Daptiv native login and are SSO only.

You'll need to login via your internal SSO link to authenticate to Daptiv. Please contact your local administer for your SSO link if you do not have access to it.
