How can I configure attachments to webforms?

To be able to add attachments in your workspace requests webforms, your workspace must have the "Documents" application set.

To verify or enable this application, please do the following steps:

1. Login in Daptiv with an administrator user > go to the admin site

2. Go to Workspace types > edit the needed one.

3. In the section "3. Set Workspace Type Applications", verify that the checkbox for the native application "Documents" is enabled, it not, please enable it.

4. When you generate a webform for this workspace request type, users will have the capability to upload documents.
