We are deploying the following enhancements to Changepoint PPM on Monday, July 6, 2020. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, June 29, 2020. The next Changepoint PPM Release is July 17, 2020.

For detailed information about these and all PPM Features, see the PPM Online Help

Notable PPM Fixes

Empty Timesheet view after approving/declining timesheet
This release fixes a bug where the Timesheet by Resources view would appear empty after an automatic reload. This could be triggered when users open the Actions menu for a pending timesheet and either approved or declined the timesheet. This no longer happens and the Timesheets by Resources view reloads properly when users approve or decline timesheets.

Pressing Enter in a custom field reloads previous page
We fixed an issue affecting requests where pressing the Enter key while the cursor is in a custom field sends users back to the Request Type selection page. Any data entered prior to that point would be lost. Now pressing Enter while the cursor is in a custom field does not send users backwards in the request flow.

Aggregate sums double when workspace is unarchived
When archived workspaces were being restored, the values in aggregate sum fields would automatically double. We fixed the calculation of aggregates so that this issue no longer occurs.
