Daptiv Enhancements for September 24, 2021

We are deploying the following enhancements to Daptiv on Friday, September 24, 2021. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your Daptiv experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, September 20, 2021. The next Daptiv Release is October 8, 2021.

In addition to the fixes below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Daptiv experience. 

New Daptiv Enhancements

Planview Customer Success Center
In this release, we are migrating Daptiv’s Knowledge Base, Product News, and Customer Care content to the Planview Customer Success Center. In the Customer Success Center, you will have a streamlined case submission process and open access to documentation for other Planview products, such as Barometer, in addition to the Daptiv Knowledge Base. All the same channels to access Customer Care today will still be available, including webform and phone channels. 

Notable Fixes

Required member fields do not trigger error message during workspace creation
We fixed an issue where users could create workspaces without completing required member fields. The workspace would still prompt users to complete the required field if they edit the workspace after creation. This no longer happens and all required fields must be completed before a workspace can be successfully created.
