Notable Fixes

Workspace member deactivation prevented by pending timesheets
We fixed an issue where users could not deactivate a member in a workspace if that member had any timesheets pending approval. Ordinarily, this would be expected behavior, but there are exceptions to this rule that were not being followed.

Per timesheet rules, workspace members with pending timesheets can be deactivated from a workspace if those timesheets do not have tasks for the given workspace assigned to the member. Additionally, if the workspace tracks time at the workspace level and has the “Automatically approve empty timesheet entries” rule enabled, a member with pending timesheets can be deactivated from the workspace.

With this fix, workspace member deactivation now follows the adheres to our rules for timesheet management. Unless a workspace member’s pending timesheet falls into one of the two exceptions above, it must be approved before the member can be deactivated from the workspace.
