PPM Enhancements for January 3, 2020

The January 3 Release consists of back-end improvements that should not have an impact on your current Daptiv PPM experience. The January 3 Release will be deployed to Sandbox environments on Monday, December 30, 2019. Because this release includes a database schema improvement, it will require a brief downtime, and so the release will be after hours: after 5:30 PM Pacific time, on Friday January 3.The next scheduled release will be January 17, 2020.

UPDATE TO THE RELEASE NOTES 12/30/19

The following fixes have completed testing in time to be included in the January 3 Release:

Workspace Scheduled Duration doesn’t match task schedule duration
In this release, we updated the way the Scheduled Duration fields in workspaces are calculated to align them with the task schedule more accurately. Previously, Scheduled Durations would appear to be one day shorter than the total duration of the tasks in the workspace. Now, Scheduled Durations are calculated correctly and match the task schedule.

Suggested User Action: If you have a report that includes the Scheduled Duration field from your workspaces, the report needs to be run again to use the new duration values.

Timesheets for users with the same name appear grouped together
This release fixes an issue that occurred when users attempted to filter their timesheet views to view all timesheets for a single enterprise member. Instead of displaying only the timesheets for the selected member, the timesheets for all members with the same name would be displayed together. With this fix, when users filter a timesheet view down to single member, only that member’s timesheets are displayed.
