Difference between reviewer and approver
What is the difference between reviewer and approver?
There is a difference between a "reviewer" and "approver" in Daptiv.
Adding a reviewer to a request does not make them an approver. A reviewer can only see the request and make changes to it.
A "reviewer" is defined by the enterprise role permission "Can Review Requests permission".
This enterprise role permission gives the user access to the Requests application and allows them to see all requests and edit those requests they created. This permission also controls whether or not the user can be added to a request as a reviewer.
By default this permission is given to users with an enterprise role of Administrator, Executive, Resource Manager or Project Manager.
NOTE: Reviewers will only receive request notifications if they've been added to the particular request.
