Notable PPM Fixes

Error grouping by outline and task numbers in Tasks application views
When users attempted to create a custom view in the Tasks application that grouped items by both outline and task numbers, an error screen would appear when the view was selected. This issue could have completely blocked access to the application if it was set to be the default view. Now, when users try to group by both outline and task number, an error message appears to prompt to select one option or the other. Custom views cannot be grouped by outline number and task number at the same time.

Blank Excel exports from Requests application views
This release fixes an issue where exporting a custom view for the Requests application resulted in a blank Excel sheet. This issue only affected Excel exports for users without the “Can Review All Requests” enterprise role permission. Users affected by this issue could still export request data in PDF format. This issue no longer occurs and Excel exports of custom views always include data visible in the custom view.

Notable Changepoint Analytics Fixes

Display issues for reports in Excel format
This release fixes a number of display issues users encountered when running Changepoint Analytics reports in Excel format:

  • Formatting not preserved in reports
We fixed an issue where formatting was not being preserved in reports run in Excel format. The report data was unaffected. This issue no longer occurs and formatting is preserved in reports run in Excel format.
  • Crosstab error in reports
Users without a report authoring license could not run crosstab reports. Affected users would only see an error screen. This issue is resolved and all users with permission to view a crosstab report can successfully run it in Excel format.
  • Only first tab of a multi-page report appears
When running a report with multiple pages in Excel format, the report will only return the first page. Now, all pages in a multi-page report appear in Excel as separate tabs.
