Is there an option to reassign pending project request approvals when an approver is not able to approve?

Unfortunately, there is no way to reassign pending project requests approvals for users that are unavailable to approve.

The only options for any current pending requests that you don't want to wait for the user to return to approve is to remove the user from the approval policy then delete and recreate the requests, or reset the user's password to log in as the user and approve.

In the future, if you know a user that is a member of an approval policy is taking leave, we suggest having them approve any pending requests and then just remove them from the policy. You can then add them back to it when they return.
