Locked Account Error Message

Question

How can I unlock my account?


Answer

You will get a message for a "locked account" when trying to login after entering an incorrect password too many times.

There are two options available:

1. Wait the amount of time of the Lockout Period set by the enterprise admin. By default this is 5 minutes, but may be longer or shorter based on your enterprise. 

2. Contact your enterprise admin to reset you password.
