Why I am unable to schedule reports?

Access to the scheduling options for a report depend on having Write permission for the report. By default, the owner of the report as well as users with a report author license have write permission.There are three options if you do not fit one of the above scenarios:
- Ask the the report owner, or a user with a reporting license to schedule the report.
- Ask the owner of the report to change the permissions and grant you the "Write" permissions. One note on this if you go this route, only the users explicitly called out in the permissions will be able to see the report when they go to the reports tab.
- Have a report author license applied to your account from an administrator.
