Daptiv Enhancements for July 8

We are deploying the following enhancements to Daptiv on July 8, 2022. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your Daptiv experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. The next Daptiv Release is August 12, 2022.

For detailed information about these and all Daptiv Features, see the Daptiv Online Help

In addition to the fixes below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Daptiv experience.

Notable Fixes

Date format in Dynamic Application approval notifications
The due dates in Dynamic Application approval notifications were not conforming to the enterprise’s culture settings. In enterprises set to Day/Month/Year, the dates in the notifications appeared as Month/Day/Year. This no longer happens and the dates in notifications match the enterprise’s culture settings.

Error importing users
Users were encountering errors when importing users. The error would occur when a row was missing required data or was otherwise invalid for import. Now, when importing users, valid rows are imported successfully and invalid rows are highlighted to users during the import process.

Workspace names not displayed correctly in Timesheets
When users open Timesheets with the Favorites and Not Started filters applied, some workspaces names would not be displayed. We fixed this issue and all workspace names should appear in Timesheets when those two filters are active.

Trailing space allows duplicated DA field names
Users were able to create duplicate field names for Dynamic Applications by added a space to the end of one of the names. This no longer occurs and users cannot create duplicate field names for their DAs.
