Unable to create a new password error message


When trying to reset my password using the "Let me create a new password" option on the login page, I get the message, "We were unable to create a new password. Please contact your Daptiv PPM administrator for assistance." Why is this happening?


This message occurs when you haven't filled out the values for your Challenge Questions under your profile details, which is required as a security check to use this password reset option.

You'll need to use the "Email me a new password" option or have your local administrator reset your password.
