PPM Enhancements
From the Idea Greenhouse: Nonworking time highlighted on timesheets
We’re releasing another timesheet enhancement suggested in the Idea Greenhouse, highlighting nonworking time in Timesheets. PPM users wanted to easily spot non-working days they did not need to enter time because of a personal or global nonworking calendar exception. Now, users who have any amount of global or personal non-working time scheduled will now see the days where that time is scheduled highlighted a light gray color. This highlighting is purely visual and will not affect the user’s ability to enter time for those days.
From the Idea Greenhouse: Bulk removal of external resources
We’re giving Daptiv Administrators the ability to remove external resources from their enterprises in bulk. To do this from the external resources list, check the resources you wish to remove and then select Remove from Enterprise from the Checked Items Action menu.
Notable PPM Fixes
Task Schedules do not begin on requested date
We fixed an issue where the start date of the first planned task in a new workspace may not match the start date specified in the original workspace request. This issue only occurred when requested workspace was created from an existing template. The new workspace would instead use the original task schedule dates from the template. Now, workspaces created from templates will adjust their task schedules to according to the start date made in workspace requests.
