ProjectTransit hanging at login due to a proxy setting

Why is project transit hanging at the login?



If you find that you are being routed through a proxy server, please have your IT team verify that ppm.daptiv.com is white listed in the proxy configuration.

Ports are 80 and 443. Also make sure Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 is installed on the local machine.

If this is verified and you still cannot connect via ProjectTransit, please contact Daptiv support.
