Planview AdaptiveWork
- 129739: Manual configuration instruction:

User needs the following manual configuration change on Hub if any AdaptiveWork synchronization integration was created with Task and/or Milestone collection and had artifact routing used to use “No Parent” or Program on Milestone:

For both types:
- CollectionName/No Parent/No Parent → Remove existing routing and remap the AdaptiveWork routing to the top level(CollectionName)
- CollectionName/No Parent/ProjectA → Remove existing routing and remap the AdaptiveWork routing to the CollectionName/ProjectA

For milestone only: Program level container will not be visible on routing UI for a milestone.
- CollectionName/ProgramA/ProjectUnderA → Remove existing routing and remap the AW routing to the CollectionName/ProjectUnderA
Upgrade Steps:

- Stop all AdaptiveWork integrations.
- Stop Hub.
- Backup Hub database.
- Install/deploy a newer Hub version with the connector/hub change.
- Remove existing routing(s) and Save
- Update Integration Artifact Routing configuration for the applicable AdaptiveWork integrations to point correct location based on the above instruction.
- Run integration.
