When will Planview add or remove support for a repository version?

Last Updated:   |  Applicable Hub Versions: All

Answer

As a general rule, Planview aims to add support for repository versions within 1-2 quarters after that version is released by its vendor. However, in some cases, new versions of external tools may include large, far-reaching changes to APIs or product features. In those cases, Planview may be unable to successfully add support for a new repository version until Hub implements a new feature or until the external vendor resolves a defect. In those cases, our typical timeline may be extended.

Per Planview's Vendor Product Support policy, Planview will continue to offer Error correction services so that our product can integration with specific vendor product versions as long as the vendor maintains support for those same versions. If you are using a repository version that is no longer supported by its vendor, please reach out to your Hub Account Manager so that we can help identify a solution for you.

You can review supported repository versions for the most recent version of Hub here. If you are interested in an older version of Hub, you can use the links on that page to see its supported repository versions.

Please reach out to Support or your Account Manager if you have questions about a version that is not currently supported.
