How do I troubleshoot in Hub?

Planview Hub provides several options for Troubleshooting. Most problems can be solved by looking at the Activity screen and following the steps described on the errors displayed there. In cases where the Activity screen is not enough to resolve a problem, an Error Report is available to provide additional information. The Error Report can be downloaded from the Help screen.
