Yes, related objects will also need to be localized. If you choose not to localize related objects (e.g., internal numerical ID, phrase in display name), the PTC Windchill RV&S connector will not function properly.
For example, if the field type 'Summary' is localized, the field type in the English locale needs to be of type 'shorttext,' and either contain the Internal Numerical ID '-10' or contain the phrase 'Summary' or 'Title' in its display name.
