Answer

Hub tries up to 20 times to read the data from an artifact with an error. The interval between two attempts is extended with each retry (30 sec … 1 min ... 10 min … 1 h … 1 day ...). The last attempt takes place after 8 days and 4 hours after the first try failed. This interval is not customizable.
