Planview Hub Cloud upgrades are normally scheduled based on the most recent branch version and successful build and typically occur once a week.

Hub Cloud upgrades will not be scheduled during working hours and based on the hosts location, maintenance will take place during the following hours:

• North America: 9:00am - 11:00am UTC
• Europe: 5:00pm - 7:00pm UTC

Note: You will receive a 48-hour notice before your instance is upgraded.
