Program Management: Configuration

Program Management Offices (PMOs) will want to establish a structure for the organization’s Programs. Daptiv facilitates the structuring of your Programs by suggesting you create a unique Workspace Type which possesses the name of the indicated Program.

To establish your Program structure, create a new Workspace that will represent the Program container (or parent). Be sure to select the appropriate Workspace Type for the new Program.
