PPM Enhancements for October 25, 2019
We are deploying the following enhancements to Daptiv PPM on Friday, October 25, 2019. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, October 21, 2019. During this release, Daptiv PPM will be unavailable for a short period. The next Daptiv PPM Release is November 8, 2019.

New Enhancements
New Toggle for Pick List Option Visibility
This release also includes an enhancement suggested by users through the Idea Greenhouse: a toggle for the visibility of pick list options. Rather than simply deleting or replacing pick list options, Administrators can now turn options on or off, preventing them from being selected but leaving them visible in historical entries. Searching by DA item number returned duplicate results
We fixed an issue occurring in our search feature where duplicate results could appear when searching by item number. When searching by item number, users were seeing each possible result twice instead of only once. This no longer occurs and our search feature accurately returns all DA items with the item number users searched with.
