PPM Enhancements for June 4, 2021
We are deploying the following enhancements to Changepoint PPM on Friday, June 4, 2021. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. The next Changepoint PPM Release is June 21, 2021.

In addition to the fixes below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Changepoint PPM experience.
Notable PPM Fixes
Error bulk editing external resources
Users could encounter an error when they attempting to bulk edit external resources. The error was triggered if any external resource was added to a workspace without a workspace role. Now, users can bulk edit external resources even when one is missing a workspace role.
Unable to convert external resource to enterprise member
We fixed an issue which prevented some external resources from being converted into full enterprise members. This issue only affected external resources who are part of more than one enterprise. With this release, external resources that are part of multiple enterprises can be successfully promoted to full enterprise members.
