PPM Enhancements for August 13, 2021
We are deploying the following enhancements to Changepoint PPM on Friday, August 13, 2021. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, August 9, 2021. The next Changepoint PPM Release is August 27, 2021.

In addition to the fixes below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Changepoint PPM experience.
New Enhancements
Ending support for Internet Explorer 11
To maintain a high degree of security as develop new features, we want to focus on supporting modern browsers. As a result, we are dropping support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) on August 17, 2021. After this date, we will stop actively testing in IE11 and stop addressing issues specifically affecting it. While users can still use Changepoint PPM from IE11, future features may not work correctly in that browser. We strongly recommend IE11 users move to one of our supported browsers (Chrome or Edge Chromium) for the best user experience with Changepoint PPM.
Notable PPM Fixes
Timesheets missing inner pane scroll bar
We fixed a minor UI issue in Timesheets. The vertical scroll bar for the inner pane would not appear when the task list was long enough to extend below the screen. Users would need to scroll the entire Timesheet page to see the whole list. Now, users can once again scroll the list without losing context with the rest of the page.
Hotkeys do not work in Task or DA grids
Hotkeys (such as Ctrl+A or Ctrl+Z) were not working on Task or Dynamic Application (DA) grids. Example of these grid types are the Task Schedule or the DA item list. We fixed this issue and hotkeys work in these grids.
Task Import summary page does not load
The Task Import summary page was not loading when the import was completed. The loading indicator would spin indefinitely, however, if users opened the Tasks page, successfully imported tasks would appear there. Now, when an import is completed, the summary page appears again.
