How are displayed Timesheets when Timesheet Period Settings 'Time Period' is set to monthly?

If you set your enterprise Timesheet Period Settings to use a monthly 'Time Period', when you open your timesheet, by default it displays the start of the current period, which is the start of the month.

It will be displayed this way even if you click on 'My Current Timesheet'.
