Setting Reportable Work Items

Work Items that are flagged as Reportable can have time reported on them and will appear in relevant users' timesheets (the work item's Resources, or if no Resources were set, the work load is assumed by the work item's Owner)

Excluding them can also be done by unsetting the "Reportable" toggle via the work item's property card.
