Anvi Chat - What You Need to Know

Introduction

Anvi (formerly known as Copilot) is an AI-powered assistant integrated directly into AdaptiveWork that acts as your personal project guide and analyst. It is always ready to help you find information, analyze project data, and providing recommendations.

Anvi saves hours of manual work by automating information discovery, data analysis, and reporting tasks. Whether you're looking to understand product features, analyze project health, or identify areas needing attention, Anvi serves as your always-available project assistant, helping teams work more efficiently and make better decisions. 

 

 

           

1. Use Cases 

AdaptiveWork Anvi supports a large range of use cases:

  • Real-time Project Health Assessment & Insights: Query your project(s) data and be offered with insights that are not readily visible, driving efficiency.
  • Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Draw your attention to problem areas and suggest actions, helping to de-risk strategic bets & increase revenue.
  • Automated Status Communication: Segment & summarize your project(s) data that can be shared with your stakeholders.
  • User Onboarding & Adoption: Query CSC  for product documentation, helping you to improve product engagement & adoption.
  • Document-Guided Process Compliance: Query custom documentation to follow company specific governance & guidelines

3. Anvi Filter Capabilities

If you have a large number of records (potentially more than 200 at it's current limitation), you can only narrow down the list by using the set of standard fields as listed below. At this stage it is not possible to apply other fields like "show me only project where custom field X = value Y" to reduce the result set before retrieving data.

4. Anvi Chat Interface Structure & Key Features

4.2 Settings

3 dots on the menu bar - allow you to:

  • set your preferences in regards to

    • Font Size (normal / large)
    • Color Mode (light / dark)
  • access your Knowledge Library to view the list of your governance & process documents that are intended for Anvi query. You can upload up to 50MB sized files. Supported document types are: 
    • Plain Text (.txt)
    • Markdown (.md)
    • HTML (.html)
    • Word (.doc, .docx)
    • CSV (.csv)
    • Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
    • PDF (.pdf)

4.3 Predefined Prompts

Predefined initial & follow-up Prompts - displaying rotating prompts that can be used by any user in the organization

 

 

 

         

           

4.4 Conversational Interface

Conversational Interface: A User can ask Anvi for information by either:

  1. selecting  one of the predefined prompts
  2. typing a prompt
  3. selecting one of the personal favorite prompts

4. Cancel the Anvi query process where required to submit a new prompt, by clicking the Stop button

4.5 Favorites

4.6 Agents

  • Sequencing multi step prompts (up to 5 prompts) and have them automatically run for you, is referred to as an Agent. 
  • To create a new Agent,
    • click on the Favorites button > Manage Favorites > click the Agents tab > select + Create an agent
    • Give your agent a name, so it can easily retrieved in the list of Favorites
    • Type in your prompts (for each additional prompt click the + Add Step button)
    • Prompts can be dragged up or down to change the sequence or deleted to make room for a different prompt
    • If your Agent includes an action-based step, that requires your confirmation (e.g. Compose Email) - please check the Automate Steps toggle 
    • Click Save

  • To run an Agent, go to Favorites and click the Agent from the list of Favorite Agents
  • Schedule an Agent

4.7 Prompt Library

  • The Library is a list of Prompts and Agents that have been collected for your convenience
  • You can mark those Prompts and Agents that you would like to add to your list of Favorites:
    1. click on the names of the same 
    2. the checkbox for each item gets checked
    3. click the Copy to Favorites
    4. close the window

4.8 Anvi Response Generation

  • Anvi structures the response into paragraphs, summarizing data, categorizing data by highlights, key observations, recommendations, etc. as per context. Anvi segments/ groups the responses when specifically asked for, e.g.:

  • Anvi offers action button when triggering the Email Generator agent, allowing the local Email server to create an Email draft out of the previous response

4.9 Deeper Mode of Reasoning

Use a deeper mode of reasoning toggle

  • when unchecked, Anvi will provide swift & concise response (using Haiku 4.5 LLM)

  • when checked, Anvi will provide a more elaborate and detailed response (using Sonnet 4.5 LLM)
