What's New?

You can access Overview field in Custom Action forms and other configuration workflows.


You can now:

  1. set Overview from custom action input forms
  2. watch for changes on the field content to notify users
  3. copy Overview contents between objects such as from a Request to a Task
  4. copy Overview content to a Note or Discussion Post

How it works

Custom Action Input

Admin users can set up custom action forms with Overview fields from the Configuration screen.


Using Overview field content

Update or use the contents of the Overview field in other actions.
