Assigning fields to Restricted Field Sets

You must assign the Restricted Field Set individually to each standard and custom field that you want to include in the set.

1. In the user menu, click Settings.

2. Click the Configuration tab.

3. For each field that you want to include in the set, click Edit, and then in the Field Restriction section, select the Restricted Field Set.

   Note: To restrict Cost and Bill rates for specific resources in the Project > Prices & Rates popup, you must set the value under Configuration > All links > Assigned > Resource.

   • Billing overtime rate

   • Billing Rate Used

   • Billing regular rate

   • Cost rate per overtime hour

   • Cost rate per regular hour

   • Cost Rate Used
