Task Assignments Widget

The Task Assignments widget displays all task assignments accessible to the logged-in user in a single, easy-to-scan grid. Users can review assignment details without leaving Planview.me.

Who Is This For?

•       Project Managers

•       Resource Managers

•       Team Members

 

What You Can See

The widget displays the following attributes for each assignment:

•       Task Name

•       Project

•       Resource Name

•       Work Policy

•       State

•       Start Date and Due Date

•       Duration

•       Work and % Complete

•       Remaining Effort

•       Internal Status

           

NOTE

Only leaf-level task assignments are shown. Parent task assignments are not displayed.

           

What You Can Do

Users can navigate to the Project WBS with the relevant task highlighted, or open it in a new tab — without leaving the Planview.me board.

Clickable links are available on:

•       Project Name — navigates to the project detail page

•       Task Name — navigates to the task detail page

•       Resource Name — navigates to the resource detail page

           

NOTE

All grants-based validations that apply in AdaptiveWork are enforced in the widget. Read-only fields are presented accordingly.
