Planview.Me Integration
Overview
AdaptiveWork is now integrated with Planview.Me, giving users a centralised, widget-based workspace to view, update, and act on their most-used AdaptiveWork data — without switching between applications.
Planview.Me offers a customizable interface where users can surface the information and actions most relevant to their role. With this integration, Program and Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Resource Managers, and Team Members can complete their top daily AdaptiveWork tasks directly from Planview.Me widgets, reducing workflow friction and improving productivity.
Prerequisites
To use the integration Planview Roadmaps integration, you need to meet the following prerequisites:

Planview Admin must be enabled in your production environment. This is required to access the Roadmaps application.

Users must be granted access to the Roadmaps application in Planview Admin. A Planview Admin administrator is responsible for provisioning user access to the application.

Users must be logged in to Planview Admin to access the Roadmaps application. Access is authenticated through Planview Admin, so users without an active Planview Admin session will not be able to open it.
Important: If these prerequisites are not in place, the app switcher will not be visible in AdaptiveWork, and users will not be able to access or use the Roadmaps application. We recommend confirming your Planview Admin setup and user access provisioning with your Planview administrator before getting started.
Planview.Me Widgets
The following widgets are available in the Planview.Me widget library:

Each widget respects the permissions and grants configured in AdaptiveWork. Users can only view data they are authorized to access.
Getting Started
To start using AdaptiveWork widgets in Planview.Me:
5. Open Planview.Me and navigate to your board or pad.
6. Open the widget library and look for the AdaptiveWork widgets: Task Assignments, Project Status, Roadmaps and Insights.
7. Add the widget(s) relevant to your role and workflow.
8. Configure each widget using the settings option in the widget header — for example, selecting a portfolio in the Project Status widget or adding projects to the Roadmaps widget.
9. Start working — view, update, and take action on your AdaptiveWork data without leaving Planview.Me.
Note: A help icon is available on each widget. Hovering over or clicking it, displays a short description of the widget's purpose.
