What are the User states?

In the following table are the different states you’ll see on your User List.

State

Description

Active

The user is active and have logged into the org.

Deleted

This user is managed by organization admins and has been deleted. They’re unable to log into the AdaptiveWork.

Suspended

This user has had their access removed within your organization. Their access can be re-activated at any time. 

Pending

The user has been created and added to your organization, and an email invitation has been sent to them. After they logged in, their status will change to Active.
