Lite Admin
(Admin I)
The Lite Admin role allows org-level admins to delegate various management roles to other users, such as user management, Profile management, scheduling reports, and dashboards.
The Lite Admin Training Course is designed to cover the features and functions available to a user with Lite Admin permissions. These features and functions are also available to Full Admins.This course teaches you how to define role-based functionality, customize interface elements, and increase responsiveness to user requirements or feedback.
We recommend ALL admins begin their training by attending this course first.
Topics covered in this training course include:
- User Management - Such as adding Users, adding and editing User Groups, and Project level roles.
- Profile Management - Such as Properties, Default Views, and Field Layout.
- Layouts
- Views
- High Level Data Model - Understanding data relations for better reporting.
- Reports - Single and multi-object reporting that includes charts, scheduling, and summary.
- Dashboards

Full Admin
(Admin II)
Prior Attendance to Admin I Encouraged
A user with Full Admin permissions is responsible for user security and managing how data is collected, shared, and presented both in and outside of AdaptiveWork. This course teaches you how to manage and customize the use of that data.
The Full Admin Training Course is designed to build upon the topics covered in the Lite Admin training. It covers the additional features and functions available only to users with Full Admin permissions. This course is not recommended for Lite Admins. We recommend full admins attend this training after attending the Lite Admin course.
Topics covered in this training course include:
- Global and System Settings - With a review of some of the most impactful settings
- User Permissions
- Profile Controls - Such as making changes to the Master Profile as well as module visibility and enablement
- Apps Marketplace - Installing and using Apps
- Custom Objects
- Change History
- Extending Reports - Such as using reports to create Widgets, Roadmaps, and Gantt charts

Introduction to Configuration Management
(Admin III)
Prior Attendance to Admin II Encouraged
In this course you'll learn about the building blocks of AdaptiveWork's configuration engine: custom fields, workflow rules, validation rules, Interact, and custom actions.

After completing Admin I, II and III Learn various levels of configurations that provide AdaptiveWork Administrators a clear path to adding custom changes to your system. New courses are added monthly to ensure you have the newest tools and ideas to keep your system top-notch. Annual membership is required.
