Configuring Advisor Integration at the Organization level

As an admin, you can configure the Advisor integration for your organization, including connecting to Advisor, managing licenses, and maintaining the connection. This section outlines the steps required to enable and manage the integration. We will provide Users with the governance to control the option to link, unlink or open Advisor from the Profile.

 


Step 1: Access Advisor Integration Settings

  1. Navigate to Global Settings.

  2. Locate the Advisor Integration field.

  3. Click Edit to open the configuration dialog.


Step 2: Connect to Advisor

  1. In the Advisor Integration popup, enter the required connection details:

    • Advisor URL: Enter the URL provided by the Advisor team.

    • Advisor Token: Enter the token provided by the Advisor team.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Upon successful connection, the following fields will be displayed (read-only):

    • Advisor URL

    • Advisor Token

    • Advisor User Licenses: Displays the number of licenses allocated to your organization.

  4. Click Refresh at any time to update the license count from Advisor.

⚠️ The URL and Token fields are not editable after connection.


Step 3: Disconnect from Advisor

  1. Click Disconnect in the Advisor Integration field.

  2. This will:

    • Remove the Advisor URL and Token from the system.

    • Unlink all data between AdaptiveWork and Advisor.

    • Revoke all Advisor-related functionality.

    • Automatically disable the "License ON" status for all users.
