No, connecting AdaptiveWork to Planview Admin does not require downtime, and users can keep working throughout. Users who don't use SSO keep logging in from the AdaptiveWork login screen as before.

How it works
Once AdaptiveWork is connected to PV Admin, it appears as a tile in Planview Admin.
- With PV Admin SSO: Users open AdaptiveWork from Planview Admin or from the AdaptiveWork login screen, without re-authenticating.
- Without PV Admin SSO: The tile is visible but not clickable. Users keep logging in from the AdaptiveWork login screen.
