KNOWN ISSUE

Issue Description Work around
Custom fields with formulas Custom formula field is not being updated when a value of a dependent field is modified. As a work around, a system administrator must manually edit an affected field to make it recalculate correctly.

You can edit a field in one of the following ways:

  • For a custom field that contains a numeric value in the formula, add *1 to the formula. For example, (formula)*1.

  • To update a custom field that is using a different value type:

    1. Back up the formula (e.g. in a text file).

    2. Enter 1 in the formula field and save. Wait for a few minutes for the calculation to complete.

    3. Restore the original formula from backup.
