Change your password

To change your password, do the following:

  1. Log into your AdaptiveWork account.
  2. Click your name in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click My Details.
  4. Click Change Password in the Property Card (usually under Personal Details). If you do not see the option, either click More info or use the Search box.
  5. Update your password and click Update.

What if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password, do the following:

  1. On the AdaptiveWork login page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your username and the captcha code.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
    Note: The password reset link is valid for 1 hour.

If you've forgotten your username, do the following:

  1. On the AdaptiveWork login page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Click Forgot your User Name?
  3. Enter your email address and the captcha code.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. An email will be sent with your username.
