Intro to User Types, Roles, and Permissions

Permissions in AdaptiveWork let you manage users by their roles in the organization and in the project, their group affiliation, and based on specific objects in the system.

With permissions, you can expose only the relevant data to specific users, and restrict access to sensitive and financial data.

There are different levels of permissions to allow for maximum flexibility and control over security and access around users and objects in AdaptiveWork. The following table describes the main building blocks that make up the permissions mechanism.
