Add Skills
The Skills tab enables AdaptiveWork administrators to create and assign users to Skill Sets. When requesting or assigning resources, you can use Skills to easily identify the resources you need by skillset. If not already defined, add one or more skills to named resources.
These skills can later be used to filter through users when assigning them to work items.
Adding a New Skill
Click the "Add Skill" option in the toolbar.
Enter the required information in the corresponding fields.
Once you are done click Finish.
Adding Members to a Skill
Highlight the relevant skill on the grid view and select the "Add Members" option on the toolbar.
You can then browse through user groups or users, and filter for relevant users.
Select the users on the left hand side and then click on the "Add" button to add the user(s) into the Skill set.
Once you're done click Save.
