I'm getting a 403 error when I try to log in to my Cloud instance. What should I do?

Answer

If a user tries to log in to Hub Cloud with a suspicious password, it can cause the infrastructure to block access to the application for security purposes via a 403 Unauthorized error. If this occurs, a user should try the following to regain access:

  • Clear their browser's cache or use a private browser to remove any trace of the old password
  • Change their password to something completely different (ideally using a random password generator)
    • Simply adding a character or two will not work in some cases; it must be fundamentally different
  • Attempt to login to the instance again
  • If still unable to login, contact customer care
