Setting up Planview Roadmaps includes the following steps, all of which must be performed in Planview Admin by an administrator:

Add Roadmaps to your existing product environment. Administrators can add one production environment and one sandbox environment. |

Add users to Roadmaps. They are assigned a default product role and subscription type. The two Roadmaps product roles determine user access: Admin – can access and manage all roadmaps, including sharing, transferring ownership, and deleting roadmaps |

Assign and edit Roadmap roles and subscription types | Planview administrator | Administrators can edit the product roles and subscription types for individual or multiple users in Planview Admin |
NOTE
To assign the Enterprise subscription type to users, Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise is required for use. To license the subscription type for your organization, contact your Customer Success Manager.
