Setting up Planview Roadmaps includes the following steps, all of which must be performed in Planview Admin by an administrator:

Add Roadmaps to the Planview product environment with Planview Admin	Planview administrator	Add Roadmaps to your existing product environment. Administrators can add one production environment and one sandbox environment.	Copy a product environment URL
Add users to the Roadmaps product	Planview administrator	Add users to Roadmaps. They are assigned a default product role and subscription type. The two Roadmaps product roles determine user access: User – can create roadmaps and share roadmaps with other Planview Roadmap users, and can view roadmaps that have been shared with them Admin – can access and manage all roadmaps, including sharing, transferring ownership, and deleting roadmaps
Assign and edit Roadmap roles and subscription types	Planview administrator	Administrators can edit the product roles and subscription types for individual or multiple users in Planview Admin

NOTE

To assign the Enterprise subscription type to users, Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise is required for use. To license the subscription type for your organization, contact your Customer Success Manager.
