Set up OKRs

To use Connected OKRs, ensure you enable OKRs for both Planview Portfolios and Planview AgilePlace. OKRs are enabled by default in Planview AgilePlace. To set up OKRS in Planview Portfolios, visit this page.  

Set up Planview.Me for OKRs 

Planview.Me is a visually immersive, actionable, and personalized user experience. The Planview.Me experience combines the power of a customized dashboard with the ability to take action, allowing your users to quickly investigate, respond, and react. 

Here is the related widget you can configure for OKRs:

Widget name Description
OKR progress

The OKR Progress widget displays an interactive line graph of the progress of objectives and key results over a fixed timeframe. 

To set up Planview.Me, you require the following:

  1. The Planview platform products whose data is displayed in the widgets must be enabled on Planview Admin. For a list of the product dependencies, see Planview.Me widget library.
  2. Administrator access to Planview Admin.
  3. Administrator access to Planview Portfolios.

To use Planview.Me, users require the following:

  • To view data, users require view access permissions to the data in the source product
  • To edit data, users require edit access permissions to the data in the source product

Setting up Planview.Me in Planview Admin 

Setting up Planview.Me includes the following steps, all of which must be performed in Planview Admin by a Planview Admin administrator.

  1. Add the Planview.Me production or sandbox environment to Planview Admin. For more information, see Managing Products

            

    NOTE

    You can add one production environment and one primary sandbox environment for Planview.Me. 

             

  2. Assign users to the Planview.Me product. For more information, see Adding existing users to a product environment.
  3. Create and activate a Planview.Me view. For more information, see Managing Planview.Me Views.
