What does 'back synchronization' mean?

Back synchronization refers to changes that are synchronized from a target artifact back to a source artifact.
For example, when a field on a source artifact is updated, Hub will detect the change at the subsequent change detection, triggering an event. As the event is processed, the target artifact will be retrieved so that it can be updated with the new value. Upon retrieval, suppose Hub finds that some of the target artifact’s values differ from the previously stored values; those changes will then be synchronized back to the source artifact.
Back synchronization can also be triggered if a field flow configuration is set to “Always Update” on the target artifact field flow. In this case, changes will always be synchronized from the target artifact back to the source artifact.
