The Planview Viz® User Guide outlines how to create an account, connect to external tools, and begin modeling product value streams to generate Flow Metrics. This guide also covers system requirements and provisioning guidelines for users connecting to both cloud and on-prem tools.

The following two stages are required to complete your Flow Framework® set-up:

Set-Up Stages
  1. Provisioning: set-up done by an admin involving installing the agent (if utilizing on-premises tools) and connecting to external tools.
  2. Modeling a Value Stream: set-up done by the user to define the product value streams and their associated flow Items and flow states.
