Before configuring a custom filter for Work Alignment, we recommend adding the source field first. If you need to add a field after creating the custom filter:

1. Create your new field in your source tool
2. Add ALL options you'll need for this field
3. Contact customer care to request an Options Reload

What if I need to add more options later?

While possible, it will require another Options Reload from customer care. We recommend planning ahead and adding all required options at once.
