Weekly

  • Verify that ongoing experiments are being documented and tracked in a wiki or other place where there is transparency.

  • Identify the areas experiencing the most challenges with flow or business results.

  • Initiate targeted experiments and improvement efforts to address the troubled areas.
Monthly

  • Determine whether Flow Metrics, bottlenecks, canceled work, and aging work are improving.

    • If positive trends are observed, document learnings to share across teams (in a wiki or knowledge base).
